The Venice Carnival is one of the most famous and fascinating in the world. Every year, it attracts thousands of visitors, captivated by the magic of Venetian masks, the celebrations that enliven the squares, and the balls hosted in the city’s historic buildings.

During Carnival, Venice transforms into a vast open-air stage, where elegance, mystery, and tradition coexist in a unique atmosphere.

The Carnival is a tradition spanning over 900 years, which Venice rediscovers and renews every year, remaining surprisingly contemporary. An event capable of uniting history and modernity, engaging the entire city in a collective tale that spans centuries.

The Venice Carnival lasts about two weeks, during which events, shows, and parties of all kinds take place throughout the city, both outdoors and in historic locations. Calli, campielli, and fondamente become places of encounter and wonder, where it is easy to encounter evocative scenes and timeless characters.

The 2026 edition of the Venice Carnival will take place from January 31st to February 17th, offering
numerous opportunities to experience the city at its most theatrical and fascinating.
