Starfish Apartments features six units, created through the architectural restoration of an ancient industrial building on Giudecca Island, just steps away from the Molino Stucky.

Our apartments are situated just 250 meters from the Palanca pier. The name originates from the ancient “palanca” coin once used to pay for the canal crossing. The surrounding area is dotted with local shops and charming little restaurants, all tucked away from the main tourist crowds. Here, our guests can truly immerse themselves in the most authentic Venetian way of life.

Google The apartments are modernly furnished and very clean. The location on Giudecca is brilliant. You can be at Marcus Square in 15 minutes by vaporetto. The night is quiet. There is a functioning infrastructure with a bakery, small supermarket, greengrocer and nice restaurants. The service is nice, the handover worked really well.
We felt very comfortable and can recommend the Starfish Apartments without any restrictions.

Google Great location off the main tourist path. Easy access to all islands including Murano and Lido. Hosts accommodated early arrival for our bags and even early check in! Would stay here again for sure. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room and perfect for our two children as well.
